Zenlance is an AI-powered proposal generation and client management platform designed to help freelancers create optimized proposals, manage leads, organize projects, and streamline workflows for freelance marketplaces including, but not limited to, Upwork and Fiverr. Zenlance does not guarantee:

• Job approvals
• Proposal acceptance
• Platform ranking improvements
• Revenue or income results

Users remain solely responsible for how they use the generated content.

2. Eligibility

To use Zenlance, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws

By using Zenlance, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your login credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are solely responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Zenlance uses artificial intelligence to generate proposal drafts and related content. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies
• Content may require review, editing, and verification
• Zenlance is not responsible for outcomes resulting from use of generated content

Users are fully responsible for reviewing and modifying AI outputs before submitting them to clients or marketplaces.

6. Subscription Plans and Billing

Zenlance may offer free and paid subscription plans. By purchasing a subscription, you agree:

• To pay all applicable fees
• That subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
• That fees are non-refundable except where required by law

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not provide refunds for prior payments. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Zenlance Ownership

All software, branding, features, and intellectual property associated with Zenlance remain the exclusive property of the Company.

7.2 User Content

You retain ownership of the content you input into Zenlance. You grant Zenlance a limited, non-exclusive license to process and analyze your content solely to provide and improve the Service. We do not claim ownership of your proposals or client data.

8. Third-Party Platforms

Zenlance is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Upwork, Fiverr, or any other freelance marketplace. Use of third-party platforms is governed by their respective terms and policies. Zenlance is not responsible for:

• Marketplace account suspensions
• Ranking changes
• Algorithm updates
• Platform enforcement actions

9. Data and Privacy

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Zenlance if:

• You violate these Terms
• You misuse the Service

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

• Revenue outcomes
• Continuous or error-free operation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zenlance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Zenlance in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zenlance from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your misuse of AI-generated content
• Your violation of third-party platform policies

14. Changes to These Terms
